Q: How much does each concept cost?
A: The amount that each concept costs varies from week to week, it is usually between $17-$20.00 per concept.

Q: What format are the completed concepts delivered in?
A: All logos are designed in Adobe Illustrator and delivered with the .ai source file and any fonts used in the design.

Q: Do I get to approve the concepts before I receive them?
A: OSYLD staff reviews all orders before they are delivered to you, they make sure that the concepts follow your guidelines for the order and are quality concepts, but to ensure fairness to the designers you are not part of the approval process.

Q: What rights do I get to the logo concepts that I purchase?
A: You get full, royalty free rights to the logos that you receive. The logos will not be displayed on OSYLD.com or any of our affiliate sites without your express permission although the logos MAY be displayed in the designing artists personal portfolio. Any chargebacks or non-payment issues will result in the previous statement becoming null and void.

Q: What if my client doesn't like the concepts?
A: Because of the extremely low prices that we charge we do not allow any refunds at any time. An individual redraw MAY be issued if OSYLD logo staff decides that any of the following occured: A mistake was made by OSYLD in the development of the logo (i.e. the concept requested was a sports car and a truck was designed), or OSYLD staff determines that quality was in some way not up to par with our usual standard. This is left fully to the discretion of OSYLD staff and is not a guarantee. Redraws will NOT be provided because of incorrect information provided with the order.
